Our systems are designed and assembled in California and installed in performing arts centers, houses of worship, transportation hubs, stadiums, and corporate facilities worldwide. As we continue our transformation into a marketing-driven company, we are investing in marketing as a revenue engine. Core Responsibilities Lead the company's transition to a marketing-driven organization by setting direction for brand, demand generation, and marketing operations Own and execute the account-based marketing program in partnership with the retained demand generation agency, including named-account targeting, campaign performance, and lead routing to the sales channel Set strategy and standards for the marketing technology stack (CRM, lead capture, attribution, reporting, campaign tracking), interpreting performance data for leadership; day-to-day administration and reporting is executed by the Marketing Manager Direct the company website as a front-end sales tool, including redesign efforts, vertical-market content architecture, and conversion performance Define trade show strategy, narrative, and engagement plans that drive booth traffic and pipeline; the Marketing Manager owns logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution Own product launch marketing through the company's stage-gate standards: represent marketing in product gate reviews from initial requirements through release, and run every launch through the marketing phase process from brief through post-launch review, with campaign execution delivered by the Marketing Manager through Zoho Campaigns Ensure every product reaches market properly supported and remains supported through full life cycle management, owning the marketing materials, branding, and market-based tools that carry each product from launch through end of life Produce and govern brand assets, case studies, application stories, video, PR, and social media, holding the retained agency accountable for social strategy, posting, and measurable results Enable the sales channel through co-marketing programs, demo support content, account research briefs, and training collateral Develop marketing programs for emerging markets alongside the core specification market Manage and develop the Marketing Manager, and build the marketing team as the function scales Manage the marketing budget, agencies, and freelancers with clear return-on-investment accountability Required Skills & Abilities Ability to set direction, make decisions, and move initiatives forward with a high degree of ownership Ability to translate strategy into clear, concise, actionable direction for direct reports and agencies Strong communication skills for engaging agencies, internal stakeholders, channel partners, and leadership Comfort managing diverse, simultaneous workstreams in a fast-moving environment Resourceful approach to building effective programs with disciplined use of budget and external spend Strong writing ability and sound editorial judgment Experience working within structured processes for launches, reporting, and campaign execution Other Requirements 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in professional AV, commercial audio, or adjacent technical product categories strongly preferred Demonstrated channel marketing experience involving representatives, integrators, dealers, or specification-driven sales processes with long-lead cycles Experience launching technical products within stage-gate or NPI product development processesExperience supporting technical products through the full life cycle, from launch through sustaining marketing to end of life, including materials, branding, and market-based tools Proven account-based marketing or named-account demand generation results Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Zoho experience preferred Trade show and event strategy ownership at national or international scale Experience hiring, developing, and leading marketing staff Agency management experience with performance accountability This role requires periodic business travel, including occasional international trips. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and a current, unrestricted passport. Candidates may be requested to consent to digital screening and background checks.
