Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Lead Setter / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to new leads quickly, scheduling in-home appointments for our sales team, following up with prospective customers, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to new internet and phone leads immediately.
• Schedule qualified in-home sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with unsold leads and previous inquiries.
• Confirm upcoming appointments with customers.
• Send follow-up text messages and emails as needed.
• Enter detailed notes after every customer interaction into the CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.
• Communicate effectively with the sales and management teams.
• Help provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required.
