About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration.
• Monitor and assess developmental milestones and progress of each child.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods and materials.
• Encourage social skills and emotional development through play-based activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants/toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• TECE 1 and/or 2
• Background check clearance as per state regulations.
