General Purpose The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for the marketing & sales planning and execution for the community. The DOS is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their particular community. The DOS takes the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the particular geographic region in which the community is located and for developing a Sales and Marketing Budget. Through the development of a successful Sales Plan, the DOS will be able to sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching & maintaining budgeted occupancy & revenue goals.
