CT Technologist – Radiology

Schedule: - Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Fri/Sat/Sun

Assignment Details:

• Typical caseload: ~25 cases/day
• Solo overnight expectation with CT assistant available for support

Requirements:

• Required certifications: ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), BLS
• License: Must have a valid Washington license
• Preferred: 2 years of CT experience; will accept 1 year if from a trauma or high-acuity center

Key clinical skills:

• Contrast administration and contrast-enhanced studies (head, chest, abdomen, pelvis)
• Vascular CTA, brain perfusion
• Biopsies/aspirations, peripheral IV starts
• Trauma/high-acuity imaging experience
• PACS workflow experience; experience with GE and Siemens systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols
• Administer contrast media and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Collaborate with emergency department staff for patient care
• Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and ensure safety standards

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 40 hours
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Return-to-office/scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
