Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in surgery to join a dedicated team in Corpus Christi, TX. This is a travel assignment focused on cardiovascular (open-heart) cases, with the ability to support general OR as needed. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CVOR and EPIC charting, practicing independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients

- Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers
- Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to manage the clinical situation
- RN License in state of TX or compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA only)
- CVOR and EPIC charting experience, minimum of two years
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
