Job Description

We are hiring full-time and part-time Seasonal Non CDL Delivery Drivers and Package Couriers in Bellefonte, PA. No CDL is required. Earn $25.00 per hour, with weekly bonus pay opportunities and weekly pay every Friday. We provide a company delivery vehicle, uniform, safety shoes, and three days of paid training, so no personal vehicle or prior delivery experience is required.

As a Delivery Driver with Skyline Deliveries LLC, you will help ensure packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. This active, fast-paced delivery role is a strong fit for dependable candidates who enjoy working independently, providing excellent service, and spending their workday on the road rather than at a traditional indoor warehouse or production station.

Key Responsibilities – Non CDL Delivery Driver

• Report to the Bellefonte warehouse for route assignment, vehicle inspection, and loadout.
• Load your company delivery vehicle at the warehouse before beginning your route.
• Follow a navigated delivery route safely and efficiently.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on time and with care.
• Provide a positive customer experience at each delivery stop.
• Use a smartphone and delivery app for route navigation and delivery confirmation.
• Communicate with dispatch and the support team throughout your delivery shift.
• Complete end-of-day procedures and return the company vehicle to the warehouse.

• Schedule and Work Location
• Approximately 8–10 hours per day.
• Approximate shift time: 11:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m.
• Weekend availability is required.
• No overnight shifts.
• Start and end each workday at the warehouse located at 172 Industrial Drive, Bellefonte, PA 16823.

This seasonal position is expected to end on or around January 2, 2027, with target start dates beginning September 22, 2026 and continuing afterward. Seasonal team members may be considered for continued employment based on performance and business needs; continued employment after the seasonal period is not guaranteed.

Previous experience as a delivery driver, package courier, route driver, warehouse associate, or in another last-mile delivery role is a plus, but it is not required. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

As a Non CDL Delivery Driver, you will need:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record; no CDL required.
• The ability to meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
• The ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
• The ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout an 8- to 10-hour delivery shift.
• Comfort using a smartphone and delivery app for navigation and package delivery.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional approach to customer service.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a delivery and warehouse team.
• Availability to work weekends.
