Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Marengo, IL for a Maintenance Electrician. The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment. The role will involve ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and familiarity with general principles of Electricity
- Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Strong Troubleshooting skills related to electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of production and facility equipment
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices and procedures
- Certification or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards
- Prior experience in the food processing industry is a benefit
