$13K/Week Base Pay + Call Compensation | $700K+ Potential
JR Enterprise is actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Physicians for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in West Virginia. This high-income VA opportunity offers excellent long-term stability, strong clinical support, and the chance to serve Veterans in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Compensation Highlights

• ~ $13,000+ Weekly Base Pay
• ~ $57K/month base before call
• Additional call compensation (~$6.5K-$7K/month)
• Total monthly earnings: ~$60K+
• Annual earning potential: ~$700K+ depending on call

Schedule & Call

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Approximately 10 call days/month

Position Overview
This role includes outpatient clinic coverage, inpatient consults, surgical procedures, and participation in multidisciplinary Veteran care initiatives. Physicians will work alongside an experienced VA clinical team in a structured and mission-driven environment.
Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state accepted)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (ABU)
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging
• Experience with holmium laser, ESWL, and fluoroscopy preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
