They maintain a quality team of District Leaders in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction.Directors enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring District Leaders and motivating their region's leaders to work together and achieve the desired goals.We have an environment of operational excellence, positive energy, growth mindset, bold goals and high standards.
