We are seeking highly skilled, compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in the Humble, TX area .

We aren't simply looking for someone to complete a checklist. We want caregivers who understand that exceptional care is in the details —a warm smile, patience, a listening ear, dependability, kindness, and treating every client with the dignity and respect they deserve.

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, you may:

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities when required

• Monitor and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs

• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
