Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates and scheduling interviews. Prepare and maintain office supplies and equipment. Collaborate with management to implement office policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
