OPC is hiring Residential Sales Account Executives to support our rapidly expanding Cincinnati and Southern Ohio market, based out of our Milford, OH branch. In this role, you'll: Actively prospect and develop new residential accounts Build strong relationships with homeowners Partner with our service teams to deliver custom pest control solutions Represent a long‑standing local brand that homeowners have trusted for generations known as Ace Exterminating If you thrive in a home services sales environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by results and growth, this is an opportunity to build a book of business, grow your earning potential, and advance with a company that's been winning for over 50 years. Up to 12 weeks of paid training at $2,000 per biweekly pay period. Upon completion of training you will earn a base wage between $35,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped sales commissions —you have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually or more in salary plus commissions ; Take home vehicle to start and end route—advertise for OPC and grow your brand ! Do it for you, me & OPC Qualifications 2 years' sales experience 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.
