You've built and scaled high-performing, cross-functional engineering organizations and you know what great looks like at every level of the stack. You're deeply technical, a strong people developer, and you thrive in fast-moving environments where the problems are genuinely hard and the stakes are high.You will own the entire EIQ engineering organization building AI products for the insurance space across Disability, Platform, Core Infrastructure, DevOps, and potentially other areas. We're building AI-native products where engineers are expected to use LLMs and AI agents as part of their real workflow, not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. You should be excited about that and model it yourself. This role is based in NYC with regular in-office presence expected alongside much of our leadership team.
