Overview: The Integration & Divestment (I&D) Operation Technology (OT) Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end project execution for Information Technology (IT) operations technology and industrial network activities supporting integrations and divestitures. This role ensures disciplined execution of transaction milestones from due diligence through Day 1 readiness, Transition Service Agreement (TSA) execution, and post close separation or integration while managing risks, stakeholders, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.This role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders. The lead will closely collaborate with the IT leadership (M&A) workstream leads, business units, and digital platforms to ensure a smooth and successful transition of divested entities out of the organization.The I&D OT Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination between Chevron IT and buyer/seller counterparts to ensure transaction objectives are met on time, within scope, and in alignment with enterprise standards and deal constraints.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Deliver transaction‑related OT project outcomes safely, compliantly, and on scheduleEnable Day‑1 operational readiness and post‑close continuityDrive clear governance, execution discipline, and risk management across OT workstreamSupport a clean separation or successful integration aligned with deal intentCollaborate closely with Merger & Acquisition workstream leads & Integration Management Office leadership for each acquisition and divestiture to align with the business objectives and timelines for project led activities including business planning, resourcing strategy/tracking, maturing KPI’s, and legacy IT software contractual agreements.Lead relevant OT & Industrial network delivery through definition and documentation of objectives, scope and planDevelop and maintain end-to-end program OT roadmap and workstream-specific milestones, Identify cross program dependencies, and drive OT execution of work with managed service providers, team members, & vendorsIdentify process gaps in business planning activities, legacy IT OT software contract agreements and ensure the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Develop understanding of resources needed to achieve work-stream objectives & oversee OT resourcing and change management activities for assigned project workCommunicate portfolio budget progress, risks, and issues to IT Leadership, key stakeholders.Ensure adherence to the IT business planning and software licensing standards, policies, and best practices throughout the integration processRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in IT project managementPreferred Qualifications:Strong project management skills are essential for coordinating and managing complex projects.Strong understanding of OT processes and standards, including PCN/Scada core systems and cybersecurity standards.Demonstrated ability to govern dynamic budgets and establish business plansExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environmentRelocation Options:Relocation will not be considered.International Considerations:Expatriate assignments will not be considered.Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.U.S. Regulatory notice:Chevron is an Equal Opportunity employer.
