Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Greenwood, IN, at a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation program. Provide care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury in a multidisciplinary, accredited rehab setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana PT license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Inpatient acute rehabilitation experience required. Experience treating stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic patients preferred.
• Dual-licensed PT/OT candidates are encouraged, when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• CARF or Joint Commission experience preferred.
• Experience working in a 44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital preferred.
• Experience with intensive, interdisciplinary rehab programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Workdays: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends required.
• Inpatient rehab setting with interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation to maximize patients' function and quality of life. Work in a CARF-accredited stroke specialty and comprehensive integrated inpatient rehabilitation program. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case management to support patient-centered recovery and safe transitions of care.
