Program Coordinator
$75.58k - $94.47kDeZURIK
DeZURIK is seeking a Program Coordinator to help drive the successful execution of new product development and product enhancement initiatives. This is a highly visible role that works across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Planning, and Product Management to keep projects moving, align stakeholders, and deliver results. This position is eligible for DeZURIK's hybrid work schedule. Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role. If you enjoy solving problems, bringing clarity to complex situations, and keeping multiple priorities on track, this could be an excellent opportunity. You'll have the chance to lead project meetings, coordinate action items, challenge roadblocks, and help guide decisions that directly impact product launches, customer satisfaction, and company profitability. In this role, you'll maintain project schedules, track milestones and deliverables, facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate project status, and follow up on action items to ensure progress. You'll work with stakeholders throughout the organization, helping teams stay aligned while identifying risks and escalating concerns before they become issues. You'll also support project reporting, documentation, training materials, and leadership presentations. During your first 30 days, you'll build a foundation in DeZURIK's products, customers, and project structure. By 60 days, you'll be independently coordinating project activities, running recurring meetings, and providing regular status updates. By 90 days, you'll be directing projects through the organization, navigating challenges, and becoming a trusted source for project information and reporting. We're looking for someone who is organized, self-directed, comfortable leading meetings, and confident holding others accountable. Strong communication skills, project management experience, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook are essential. Experience with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Domo, or ERP systems is a plus. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $75,577 to $94,472 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance. Beyond pay, our market-leading benefits are designed to support your wellbeing. These include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage. DeZURIK also provides a health savings account with company match, a retirement plan for employer contributions through Vanguard, and access to the Granite Assistance Fund for support when it is needed most. We value time for rest and personal growth, offering generous paid time off, including volunteer time off and paid holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
