Job Description: Consult with tax practice professionals on the application of professional standards and firm policy requirements. Develop executive reporting and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into quality metrics, emerging risks, and program performance, enabling data-driven decision-making by tax leadership. Assist in oversight and review of tax related client agreements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote tax quality initiatives, address quality trends, and support remediation and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with internal operations and technology teams to support operational alignment with tax quality policies and facilitate monitoring compliance. Identify, evaluate, and champion practical AI use cases that improve quality, streamline activities, and enhance the effectiveness and operational efficiency of Tax PPG. Support the due diligence, onboarding, and integration of merged firms related to Tax PPG core responsibilities. Other duties as required Minimum Qualifications Eight (8) years of public accounting tax experience required 4- year degree required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred MBA or Master's Degree preferred CPA license preferred Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills preferred Understanding of tax practice operations, engagement lifecycle, and tax quality management frameworkspreferred Strong technology and data analysis skills preferred Strong project management andrelationship-buildingskills preferred The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees/certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
