Enhance employee engagement and career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionOverviewManage and oversee core human resources functions, including staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives such as talent management and workforce planning.Provide strategic HR support to multiple locations, requiring occasional travel.Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while fostering a high-performance culture.Serve as a coach and advisor to employees and management on HR matters.Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.Partner with training teams to identify and address employee development needs.Support compensation and benefits alignment across business units.Key Responsibilities & DutiesCollaborate with leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Manage employee relations, addressing performance issues and fostering positive workplace dynamics.Drive talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.Provide guidance on career development and succession planning initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Support organizational change management efforts to drive business success.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; 7 years preferred.Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with strong analytical skills.Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.Ability to travel occasionally to support multiple locations.Experience in organizational development and change management.Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
