Baptist Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director Assistant to support the Heart Center Operations Administrative team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support while working closely with leaders across multiple levels of the organization.

Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Medical Administrative Director/Heart Center Manager.
• Types correspondence, reports, and other documents, coordinates and schedules meetings, attends and takes minutes for Cardiology business meetings.
• Updates and maintains documents and forms on computer.
• Performs timekeeping for Heart Center/EKG.
• Maintains calendar, opens mail and assists with communication to staff (posting notices, distributing info.) for department head.
  
  

Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams
• Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions
  
  

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
