Wilshire Law Firm is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support - Tier I (On-Site) to provide frontline technical assistance in our Los Angeles office. You will support Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Intune device management, and video conferencing tools while maintaining IT ticketing records. The role requires 1–3 years of helpdesk experience and a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
