Dialysis Program Manager

Role Overview Seeking a compassionate leader to oversee and enhance a hemodialysis program, ensuring safe and effective patient care. Responsibilities include directing program operations, implementing policies, supervising dialysis staff, and representing the program within hospital and community settings. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and maintaining compliance with guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within 1 year. Preferred: CRRN certification. At least one year of inpatient hospital experience and dialysis nursing preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to flexible scheduling. Key Duties Oversee the performance of hemodialysis services. Implement safety and care policies. Supervise dialysis staff to ensure quality patient care. Represent the program to hospital management and the community. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to communicate patient concerns.
