SMT Machine Operator: 4-Day Workweek

We're hiring an SMT Machine Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. You'll be hands-on with cutting-edge equipment helping to build the printed circuit boards (PCBs) that power everything from medical devices to industrial tech. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer full training and support to help you succeed. As an SMT Machine Operator, you'll keep our production floor humming by: Setting up and programming SMT machines like solder paste printers, pick-and-place systems, and reflow ovens. Loading feeders and ensuring proper alignment for automated component placement. Monitoring machines, performing quality checks, and making real-time adjustments. Performing minor maintenance and ensuring the machines run at top performance. Inspecting finished PCBs using tools like magnifiers, microscopes, or AOI systems. Troubleshooting with your team to solve issues quickly and efficiently. Recording production data and machine performance. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits start the 1st of the month after 60 days. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burton EMS
