Job Summary Comcast Business provides connectivity and network solutions. This role supports customer orders, ensuring coordination from sale to installation within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborates with technical teams to manage escalations and support accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities Ensure timely order coordination, verification, and corrections within SLAs. Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with the incubation process for new products and support early‑phase introduction. Manage support for strategic accounts and maintain high‑level customer relationships. Work with advanced technical support teams to manage escalations and ensure resolutions meet service agreements. Provide order support across various customer channels. Oversee contract compliance, execute approvals, and ensure service validation with customers. Navigate complex systems to build, track, and monitor multi‑location customer orders, while identifying and implementing process improvements. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Salesforce proficiency. High School Diploma or GED. 5‑7 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication, customer experience (CX), and teamwork skills. Enthusiastic learner and advocate of Comcast technology. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime. Compensation Pay range: $25.87 – $38.80 per hour. Base pay within this range is determined by experience and other job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors.
