Our organization, a leading physician-owned dermatology practice with over five decades of community service , is looking for a board-certified dermatologist to become part of our vibrant team at our cutting-edge facility located in Dothan, Alabama .
Position OverviewAttractive, performance-based compensation with a guaranteed base salary for the first year:
45% of collections
Base salary of $90,000 per day worked (totaling $360,000 for 4 days a week, $405,000 for 4.5 days, and $450,000 for 5 days)
Signing bonus of $50,000
Relocation assistance up to $20,000
401K plan with 4% matching
Comprehensive benefits package
Full-time position in Dermatology
General Dermatology role managing a patient load of 35 individuals per day, 4.5 days a week
Work schedule from Monday to Thursday, with optional half or full days on Fridays
Opportunity to develop a cosmetic and laser practice utilizing the new Sciton Halo/Tribrid laser, alongside traditional treatments like Botox and fillers
This position is available due to the growth of our practice

Board-certified dermatologist with 2-5 years of experience; new graduates and fellows are also welcome
Possession of an Alabama medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
