Available OpportunitiesIn-Home Childcare

Provide personalized care for families in their homes, supporting routines, meals, play, and daily needs.

Childcare Center Support

Assist partnered childcare centers with classroom flow, activities, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Event & B2B Childcare

Represent Jovie at corporate events, weddings, church functions, and business childcare programs—creating safe, engaging spaces for children while parents attend commitments.

Professional Sitter Team

Serve as trusted backup care for families needing reliable support for last-minute needs, ongoing care, or flexible scheduling solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years
• Lead crafts, activities, and play-based learning
• Support routines, meals, and daily care needs
• Adapt quickly to different homes, centers, and event environments
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and clients
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication during every shift

Schedule OptionsFull-Time Opportunities

• Monday–Friday availability
• Typical hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Guaranteed hours available in select placements
• Some roles may include one weekend day availability

Part-Time & Flexible Roles

• Minimum 4-hour shifts
• Daytime, before-school, after-school, date nights, and event shifts
• Opportunities for temporary, long-term, and on-call assignments

Compensation & BenefitsPay

Based on experience, availability, flexibility, and willingness to travel.

Work Locations

Opportunities available throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area , including but not limited to:

Cranberry, Wexford, Allison Park, Fox Chapel, Sewickley, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Downtown, Green Tree, Plum, Regent Square, Moon, McDonald, Canonsburg, Irwin, Leechburg, Oakland, Mount Lebanon, Gibsonia, Valencia, Brookline, Hampton, McCandless, South Side, and more.

Openings vary based on current staffing needs.

RequirementsRequired for All Roles

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Pittsburgh area (minimum 45 minutes in some roles)

Childcare Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
• 2,500 verified childcare hours
  • Childcare Center Role Specific 
• Experience with infants/toddlers preferred
• High school diploma or GED
  • Childcare Center Role Specific 
• 2–3 childcare references

Certifications & Clearances

• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• State & federal clearances required (or willingness to obtain)
• Additional clearances for event/B2B roles may be required and are fully reimbursed
