As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a well-rounded Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of all marketing initiatives and proactively drive business growth across multiple digital channels.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the company's digital marketing strategy and day-to-day execution across social media, paid advertising, content creation, website management, SEO, AI search optimization, and email marketing.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of marketing initiatives from concept to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing advertising campaigns, improving online visibility, maintaining the company website, and continually identifying new opportunities to generate leads and grow the business.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table, stays ahead of emerging marketing trends, and is excited to leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve performance and search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support company growth

• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend innovative campaigns

• Continuously evaluate marketing performance and optimize strategies based on results

• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates

• Proactively introduce new initiatives that generate leads and improve brand awareness

Social Media Management

• Create and manage engaging content across platforms including:

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • Facebook

  • Other relevant social media channels

• Build and maintain a consistent brand presence

• Develop social media calendars and publishing schedules

• Write compelling captions and marketing copy

• Monitor engagement and optimize content performance

• Create both organic and paid social campaigns

Paid Advertising

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • LinkedIn Ads

• Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation

• Improve lead generation and return on advertising spend (ROAS)

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and audiences

• Produce regular performance reporting and recommendations

Content Creation

• Create high-quality marketing content for digital channels

• Produce video content for:

  • Social media

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • Brand awareness initiatives

• Design creative assets that align with company branding

• Develop educational and promotional content for mortgage-related topics

• Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach

Email Marketing

• Manage customer email campaigns using HubSpot

• Build and maintain email workflows and automation

• Create newsletters, promotional campaigns, and nurture sequences

• Segment audiences for targeted communication

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Website Management

• Manage and maintain the company website

• Publish blog articles and educational content

• Add and update website pages as needed

• Ensure website content remains current and optimized

• Troubleshoot or resolve basic website technical issues when possible

• Coordinate larger website improvements when necessary

SEO & AI Search Optimization

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings

• Conduct keyword research and content optimization

• Build content strategies that improve visibility across traditional search engines

• Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI search experiences

• Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements

• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Track key marketing performance metrics

• Analyze campaign effectiveness across all channels

• Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations

• Monitor lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing

• Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

• Strong experience with:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • LinkedIn marketing

  • Social media content creation

  • Email marketing

• Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email marketing and campaign management

• Proven success improving SEO performance

• Demonstrated experience optimizing content for AI-powered search platforms and generative AI visibility

• Experience managing website content and updates

• Strong content writing and copywriting skills

• Experience producing or coordinating video content for digital marketing

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong initiative

• Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and implement new ideas
