Location / Shift Work From Home, US Shift About The Role The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development, management, and execution of all digital marketing, social media, website management, and brand-building initiatives across all associated house brands. The role will ensure a consistent and professional digital presence across all online channels while supporting business growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, recruitment efforts, trade marketing activities, and product launches. This individual will act as the guardian of the company's digital identity, ensuring that what customers experience online accurately reflects the strength, professionalism, and market presence demonstrated in stores and throughout the trade. Key Responsibilities 1. Group Brand Management Develop and maintain a unified brand strategy across Barbados and Jamaica. Ensure consistency in: Logos Brand colours Messaging Visual identity Product positioning Promotional campaigns Create and maintain Group Brand Standards Guidelines. Support the launch and development of new house brands. 2. Social Media Management Manage and grow all social media platforms, including but not limited to: Corporate Pages GDI Barbados GDI Jamaica LinkedIn pages Future regional entities House Brand Pages Angel Cloud Klean-Az Any future private-label brands Supplier-supported brand pages where applicable Responsibilities Include: Content calendar creation Graphic design coordination Photography coordination Videography coordination Reels creation Story management Community management Influencer collaborations Paid advertising Campaign reporting Content Targets Minimum monthly content schedule per page Product education content Promotions Customer testimonials Team culture content Recruitment content Trade visits Warehouse operations Community initiatives Supplier highlights Product launches 3. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation Develop and manage: Facebook Ads Instagram Ads LinkedIn Campaigns Google Ads YouTube Advertising Email Marketing Campaigns Responsibilities Include: Campaign planning Budget management Audience targeting A/B testing Conversion tracking Lead generation Return on advertising spend (ROAS) reporting 4. Website Management & Development Ovesee Responsibilities include: Website content updates Product catalogue updates Brand pages News articles SEO optimization User experience improvements Mobile optimization Landing page creation Website analytics Lead capture systems Contact form optimization Coordinate with external developers where necessary. 5. Content Production Plan and coordinate: Professional photography Product photography Lifestyle photography Video shoots Testimonial videos Staff features Product demonstrations Supplier visits Trade events Corporate events Maintain a digital asset library for all territories. 6. Trade Marketing Support Work alongside: Sales Teams Merchandising Teams Area Managers Brand Managers Suppliers To Create: In-store promotional campaigns Retail displays POS materials Product launch campaigns Customer competitions Retail activation programs Ensure digital campaigns support in-store execution. 7. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Support HR through: Recruitment campaigns Employee spotlight features Team culture content Career page management Staff recognition programs Training highlights Community involvement campaigns Position both companies as employers of choice. 8. Email Marketing & CRM Development Manage: Customer newsletters Promotional campaigns Supplier updates New product announcements Customer retention campaigns Maintain and grow customer marketing databases. 9. Analytics & Reporting Produce monthly reports covering: Follower growth Reach Engagement Website traffic Ad performance Lead generation Campaign ROI Brand performance Present findings and recommendations to senior management. 10.
