Key Responsibilities Provide technical oversight and direction to the System Integrator (SI) partner’s Development and QA teams. Ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliverables that meet client standards and enterprise quality gates. Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and test coverage across all development phases. Enforce adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices. Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and SI partners. Identify and mitigate technical risks, defects, and delivery dependencies early in the lifecycle. Drive defect resolution and conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent repeat issues. Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery alignment. Validate readiness for environment promotions, releases, and production deployments. Provide clear technical status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Required Skills & Experience Duck Creek Policy platform expertise Duck Creek Policy CL experience C# / .NET Core Angular JavaScript CSS Express 2.0 Nice to Have Express 3.0 compatibility mode Azure cloud experience Base Compensation: $110,000 to $138,059 Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
