Consistent Quality Delivery: Maintain the rhythm of your spaces by prioritizing tasks with absolute clarity. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in venue operations, hospitality, events management, or premium guest-facing environments (e.g., hotels, conference centers, event venues, workplace hospitality). Proven experience owning operational standards and service delivery in high-volume or high-touch environments. Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management. Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience. Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms). Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.
