• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find insurance coverage that fits their needs

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships

• Meet individual sales goals while providing excellent customer service

• Keep organized records using our CRM system

• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training

• Like talking with people and building relationships

• Enjoy working toward goals

• One year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role is preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
