Serves as critical finance support to commercial sales leaders driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and delivering insights that enable sound business decisions.

Accoutabilities:

• Present insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business strategy
• Analyze performance and pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive revenue and margin growth
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisions inclusive of price promotions
• Partner with Commercial teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics and business goals
• Lead planning and forecasting efforts related to key P&L areas

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

• Regional & total US P&L delivery
• Deadlines related to accounting close and general price increase cycles

Own:

• Regional P&L

Influence:

• Embedded with Regional Sales Team; advisor to RFM, Sr FSMs and FSMs.

Veto:

• Regional Finance Manager

Critical Relationships:

• Revenue Management, FP&A, Commercial team members
• Training and onboarding

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

• 3-5 years of experience in a finance business partner role
• Relationship-building & influencing skills
• Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

• Competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000 in Chicago, IL
