This leadership role oversees cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and inventory-related performance metrics while partnering closely with Operations to minimize errors, improve processes, and support customer service objectives.****The successful candidate will lead and develop an inventory team, drive root-cause analysis of recurring inventory issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen inventory integrity and warehouse productivity. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, experience utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
