Director of Marketing

Job Description The Director, Marketing will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing our client's services and achievements, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with their brand identity. RESPONSIBILITIESEstablishes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for servicesEstablish positioning and identify target audiencesDevelops and deploy comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organizationDevelops and manages marketing operating budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wiselyPlans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mailEstablishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and eventsProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groupsUpdate and maintain T5’s intranet, website, and social mediaEvaluates and recommends distribution channel development programsOversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studiesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsServes as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaignsGuides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive managementKeeping informed of marketing strategies and trends Salary - 115k-125K with Bonus Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar OR equivalent experience, required4-7 years’ sales or marketing experienceSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methodsSolid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools, preferred We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
