Pay Rate: $35-$45 per flagged hour

What You'll Do

This position is designed for a technician who can handle more than entry-level maintenance and wants the opportunity to continue growing.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform general automotive repairs
• Diagnose mechanical concerns
• Assist with electrical and drivability diagnosis
• Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs
• Communicate repair findings with service advisors
• Follow dealership repair and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

The Ford location services approximately 90-95% domestic vehicles , giving technicians consistent exposure to domestic repair work.

What We're Looking For

• B-Level automotive repair ability
• Hands-on automotive technician experience
• Ability to perform maintenance and general repair independently
• Developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license
• Own set of technician tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes

Nice to Have

• Domestic vehicle experience
• Ford experience
• Dealership experience
• ASE certifications
• DVI experience

Prior dealership or Ford experience is not required . Technicians coming from independent repair shops are encouraged to apply.
