WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Work with customers to resolve outstanding accounts professionally
• Learn scripts, systems, and compliance requirements quickly
• Use proven communication techniques to build rapport
• Provide clear, effective resolutions while staying firm and respectful
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Attend ongoing training to increase skills and earnings

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Customer service or collections experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized and dependable
• Fast learner who adapts well to scripts and systems
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged
