Position Highlights Mission-driven pediatric care focused on helping children reach their full potential Supportive, team-oriented environment with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and experienced support staff Strong emphasis on professional development, mentorship, and clinical growth Flexible scheduling with Monday–Friday hours Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients Implement and modify treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic medical record system Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy students as applicable Qualifications Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation) Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates Experience in pediatrics or a strong interest in pediatric physical therapy Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required; interpreter support is available Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off, including holidays and sick leave Continuing education and licensure assistance Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Flexible scheduling options Upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply and secure a position prior to graduation.
