U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels, providing expert advice and ensuring a digital‑first experience. Responsibilities Engage customers via in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel and product recommendations. Assess clients’ banking needs, gather account information, and educate them on deposit and loan products. Proactively reach out to clients for follow‑up, learning about their financial goals and channel preferences. Identify solutions for new and existing clients, leveraging digital products and self‑service technologies. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, policies, and support systems. Process basic transactions and complete service requests, including opening new accounts and submitting credit applications. Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver an optimal client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Basic Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent. Typically a minimum of three to four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training. National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and RegulationZ, with successful completion of the required criminal background and credit checks. Preferred Skills / Experience Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage clients. Knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Proficiency with digital products and self‑service technologies. Capability to identify clients’ needs and recommend products that meet those needs reactively and proactively. Prior experience in the financial services industry.
