Primary Responsibilities Partner with department SMEs and cross‑functional teams to analyze inefficiencies and identify optimization opportunities. Collect, analyze, and present performance data such as cycle time, yield, quality, and cost. Propose and manage process improvement initiatives, including redesign, automation, standardization, and waste reduction. Maintain project schedules, deliverables, timelines, and resources, and lead cross‑functional team meetings. Establish and maintain performance metrics and dashboards, reporting key performance indicators to management. Assist in developing and delivering training programs to promote continuous improvement principles. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Position Requirements Advanced experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel, JMP). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Strong organizational skills. Ability to influence without authority and drive change. BS/BA degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of operations experience with continuous improvement and/or project management. Preferred experience in a cGMP/FDA environment and Lean/Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or Black Belt). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Sr. Continuous/Project Improvement Specialist In addition to the responsibilities of the Continuous/Project Improvement Specialist, this role includes heightened leadership of cross‑functional improvement projects and advanced analytical duties. Primary Responsibilities Perform all duties of the Continuous/Project Improvement Specialist. Regularly report key performance indicators and project proposals to management and site OPEX. Collaborate with Finance and site OPEX to develop cost analyses for identified projects. Lead and facilitate complex cross‑functional project teams, using statistical tools and techniques. Participate in training programs, workshops, conferences, and professional networks to enhance knowledge and skills. Position Requirements Experience with process mapping software and project management tracking (e.g., Visio, MS Project, GANTT). Experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel, JMP). Understanding of quality management systems and operational metrics. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to influence without authority and drive change. BS/BA degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement, project management, statistical analysis or process engineering. Preferred experience in a cGMP/FDA environment and Lean/Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or Black Belt). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
