- *Empower your team** through engaging new and ongoing education that keeps everyone sharp and motivated.
- *Stay vigilant** about safety hazards and jump on corrective actions to keep everyone protected.
- *Partner up** with the DON and team to coordinate and monitor our infection control program—keeping residents and staff healthy and thriving.
- *Collaborate** on evaluating and supervising resident care, making thoughtful recommendations and adjustments that make a real difference.
- *Get involved** in reviewing resident pre-admission and admission information to nail the right level of service from day one.
- *Build your team** by interviewing, hiring, and supporting staff development—plus handling the tough conversations when needed.
- *Oversee clinical operations** as required, ensuring excellence across the board.
- *Create buzz** around educational programs that comply with all federal, state, and local regulations while keeping our team engaged and informed.
- *Keep a close eye** on how care is being delivered by nursing staff, stepping in with coaching and corrective action to maintain our high standards.
- *Track and report** on key metrics and performance indicators to keep leadership informed.
- *Champion our culture** by actively supporting Masterpiece Living and Eden Alternative initiatives—bringing successful aging and person-centered care to life every single day.
