Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional needs
- Deliver direct patient care during day shift hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Float between units or worksites as operationally required
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements
- Willingness to float as needed
- Experience using Casamba documentation software
- Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary care team collaboration
- Guaranteed hours offered as part of this contract assignment
