Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy talent acquisition team in Irving, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping recruiting operations organized, efficient, and candidate-focused. You will play a key role in interview logistics, requisition support, onboarding coordination, and administrative processes that help the hiring team manage a high volume of openings.Responsibilities:• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the process.• Create, update, and route job requisitions within Workday to support an active hiring pipeline.• Launch and follow up on background screening activities, ensuring completion within expected timelines.• Maintain accurate recruiting records, trackers, and shared reports using SharePoint and Excel.• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment administrative tasks for new hires.• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to recruiters managing numerous open positions.• Monitor recruiting workflow activity and keep system information current and organized.• Contribute to reporting and general recruiting operations projects as needed.• Focus on coordination and process support rather than candidate sourcing or full-cycle recruiting duties.
