Our team is hiring an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support customer engagement, community outreach, promotional activities, and live events. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to learn, contribute to a team, and develop skills that can lead to long-term career opportunities.

No prior communications, marketing, or sales experience is necessary. We provide paid training and hands-on guidance so you can learn the role and build confidence from day one.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Communications Assistant, you will help create positive interactions between our team, customers, and community partners. Your responsibilities may include:

• Interacting with customers and community members at local events and promotional activities
• Providing accurate information and answering questions in a friendly, professional manner
• Introducing customers to programs, services, and community initiatives
• Supporting outreach campaigns, promotional events, and fundraising programs
• Helping with event registration, attendee support, presentations, and general event activities
• Building positive relationships through face-to-face communication
• Assisting with event preparation and maintaining an organized, professional presentation
• Working alongside team members to meet daily campaign and engagement goals
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
• Learning fundamentals of communications, customer service, marketing, public relations, sales, and event marketing
