Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm) $16.50/hr Milwaukee Job Description We are looking for a dependable and motivated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for maintaining a smooth production flow, ensuring quality output, and supporting daily manufacturing goals. Primary Responsibilities Operate machines to maintain a steady and efficient production flow Ensure maximum output while meeting quality standards Troubleshoot issues and assist with training as needed Support daily goals by communicating and meeting production objectives Keep work areas and tools clean using hoses or a power sprayer Inspect products, identify defects, and reject non?conforming parts Follow production cards/work orders to complete shift assignments Report any mechanical or production issues to the appropriate personnel Maintain equipment at the oven and notify staff of concerns Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines Assist the production supervisor in meeting required daily numbers Follow quality control procedures and report any deviations Ensure smooth, efficient, and continuous manufacturing processes Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience Self?motivated and focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical ability to operate various tools, machinery, and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong ethical conduct and positive attitude Good verbal and written communication skills Results?driven with strong initiative Dependable transportation Consistent and reliable attendance High school diploma or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr SITE Staffing Inc.
