Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($16.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($16.50/hr with shift premium )
About the job
This is a hands-on production role in an industrial manufacturing environment. The work can be hot, dusty, and physically demanding. If you’re dependable, don’t mind getting dirty, and want steady, predictable hours, this role offers consistent work and clear expectations.
What you’ll be doing
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Follow production cards and work orders
- Inspect finished parts and products for quality
- Make basic machine adjustments and report issues to maintenance
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Clean equipment and work areas using water hoses and power sprayers
- Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors and team members
- Follow all safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for
- Machine operating experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, industrial environment
- Able to stand for most of the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Team-oriented attitude
