Location: Gainesville, Georgia | Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor | Compensation: $515,000+

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Gainesville, Georgia is seeking an experienced and board certified Anesthesiologist to join their outstanding team. This is an exceptional full time 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering outstanding annual compensation exceeding $515,000 and a focused ENT and pediatric case mix in a clean and efficient outpatient surgical environment. With a 4-day work week and cases starting at 7:30AM this position delivers outstanding clinical autonomy, exceptional earning potential, and an outstanding work-life balance in one of Georgia's most vibrant and growing communities. Start date September 3, 2026.

• Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation: $515,000+ annually
• Schedule: 4 days per week | Cases start at 7:30AM
• Cases per day: 5-10
• Number of ORs: 2
• Team: 1 MDA + 1 CRNA or AA per day
• Providers work independently
• Board Certified - required
• Pediatric experience required - cases as young as 6 months
• Credentialing timeframe: A few weeks

• ENT - primary focus
• Pediatrics - as young as 6 months

Compensation

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified in Anesthesiology - required
• Pediatric anesthesia experience - required - cases as young as 6 months
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Comfortable working independently in an ambulatory surgery center environment
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to exceptional patient outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
