Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: Maple Grove, MN

Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and implement sustainable solutions
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving workshops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering)
Analyze production data and KPIs to track performance and improvement opportunities
Standardize best practices and ensure process documentation is maintained
Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives
Train and mentor teams on CI tools and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
Hands-on experience in manufacturing/process improvement environments
Expertise in tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, TPM, FMEA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Industry Experience:

Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive / Heavy Engineering domains
