This role requires direct client engagement and collaboration with experienced team members to provide outstanding insurance solutions. Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, including base salary, commission and bonus opportunities. Schedule: Monday‑Friday. Remote type: No. Job type: Full‑time. Location: Edmond, OK 73013, US. Requirements Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License. Prior experience in insurance sales (mandatory); proven track record in sales with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem‑solving skills: Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Team collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and establishing long‑term relationships. Must be licensed and experienced agents only. Responsibilities Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce and explain insurance products. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' individual insurance needs. Provide personalized policy recommendations based on clients' specific situations and desires. Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring they understand product options and benefits. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to secure renewals and referrals. Stay up‑to‑date with insurance regulations and new products to offer informed advice. Engage in local community activities to promote the brand and gain new leads.
