Und wir suchen nach einem Creative Strategist (m/w/d), der Teil unseres Team werden will: Aufgaben Als Creative Strategist bist du verantwortlich für die Produktion von Ad Creatives auf Meta und TikTok für unsere Kunden. Du bist der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden, entwickelst und optimierst Ad Creatives und lässt deine Kunden noch besser performen. Deine Aufgaben: Du entwickelst und erstellst Creative Strategien für die Werbeanzeigen der interessantesten Direct-To-Consumer Brands auf Meta / TikTok & YouTube Du erstellst Copy- und Kommunikationsstrategien und entwickelst diese ständig weiter Du verantwortest die Konzeption und Planung von Creative Tests Du verantwortest das Copywriting von Video und Static Ads Du kommunizierst direkt mit deinen Kunden und trägst Kundenverantwortung Evaluation der Creative Tests und der Accountperformance anhand der relevanten KPIs Führung von regelmäßigen Abstimmungs- und Strategycalls mit dem Kunden Qualifikation Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Facebook / Instagram / TikTok Ads Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld, im Projektmanagement und der eigenständigen Führung von Kunden. Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams (mind. 2-3 Personen). Du weißt, wie du eine Copy Strategy erstellt, recherchierst und Zielgruppendenken ist eine deiner großen Stärken. Du arbeitest dich analytisch und strategisch tief in Zielgruppen ein und weißt, wie du sie für ein Produkt begeisterst. Du bist ein Social Media Nerd, kennst jeden Trend und weißt, wie du ihn für dich adaptierst. Du bewertest deine Arbeit auf Datenbasis und kennst dich in den Ads Managern der Plattformen Meta und TikTok gut aus. Benefits Schnellwachsendes und motiviertes Team.
