Job Summary Conduct continuous observation of client premises and promptly report suspicious activity. Monitor perimeter areas, and complete accurate incident reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional Good customer service while adhering to all safety, security, and site‑specific protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism and sound judgment. Identify potential hazards or criminal activity. Report suspicious behavior or security violations to supervisors or law enforcement as required. Prepare accurate written reports documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities. Issue verbal warnings, detain or make arrests when applicable, and coordinate with law enforcement during security breaches or criminal events. Adapt to diverse environments and changing conditions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Valid California Guard Card required. Power to arrest certificate required. AppropriateUse of Force certificate required. Valid California Firearms License required Armed Security Officer & Former Military or Former Law Enforcement Experience with a proven background is (mandatory).
